I never understood this question until I’ve seen and visited
Disneyland in Hong Kong. I wasn’t that
really excited that time because of my thought and concepts about it. I honestly say I was wrong. Here are my presumptions and final
assumptions about it.
Only for kids
My first presumption was this. “This kind of theme park is only for kids,” I
said to myself. I’m already a full-blown young man and I don’t like to be
there. “My immature ways of thinking
about things and life has all been gone a few years ago,” I also replied. These were the things that I’ve said to my
buddy. Since he is very persuasive, we
decided bought two tickets and went there.
But, my thinking was disrupted and my assumptions were wrong until I
realized this. When I was there during
the whole day and night trip, I felt happy.
It looks like the child inside me that once imagined of coming to this
beautiful place was regenerated. Yes, that’s what I felt that time. I realized that Disneyland isn’t only for
kids but for the whole family. Now, I
understand why people visit and feel so crazy about
this place.
Same as the others
I was thinking Disneyland is just a usual theme park with rides
and a lot more, but I was wrong yet again.
Each destination in Disneyland has a ‘theme’ and lessons that you and I
will surely learn. One place that I like
the most is ‘It’s a small world.’
Usual foods and knickknacks
I was really concerned
about foods and stuff before going. I’ve thought that it will be expensive, but I
was wrong. The foods were amazing. There were numerous types to choose from and
very affordable. Relics are uniquely
created which you can only buy in Disneyland.
So, I’ve chosen a mailbag, a mug and key chains for my souvenir stuff to bring home. I like these things among others that I’ve
seen.
Time and Experience
in question
“It would be a waste of our time,” I said to my buddy before
we went to buy tickets. After the whole
trip to Disneyland, I realized that it’s
really worth your time going there.
Surely, it’s all about fun among other things.
There’s something enchanting and magical about this
place. With all the things I’ve done
here, I realized this is a great once in a lifetime experience.
